The Motorola PMLN4443AB Mag One Ear Receiver with PTT provides lightweight and discreet two-way radio communications for compatible Motorola portable radios.

Featuring a compact single-ear receiver design, the PMLN4443AB allows incoming radio communications to be heard directly through the earpiece while the portable radio remains securely attached to a belt, carrying case, or other convenient location. Its lightweight construction makes it comfortable for extended use throughout the workday.

The accessory features an in-line microphone and Push-to-Talk (PTT) control, allowing users to transmit messages without repeatedly reaching for or removing the radio. The PMLN4443AB also incorporates a PTT/VOX switch. When connected to a compatible VOX-capable radio, Voice Activated Transmission allows the user to communicate hands-free without manually pressing the PTT button. Standard PTT operation remains available when hands-free transmission is not desired.

Important

The PMLN4443AB features an in-line microphone and PTT/VOX switch, allowing conventional Push-to-Talk operation as well as hands-free VOX operation when used with a compatible VOX-capable radio.

VOX functionality depends on the capabilities and configuration of the connected radio.

The Motorola Mag One BPR40 does not support VOX with Mag One audio accessories. The PMLN4443AB can still be used with the BPR40 for normal Push-to-Talk operation.
