The Motorola PMLN7696A Completely Discreet Wireless Earpiece Kit provides a covert listening solution for surveillance, security, executive protection, and other professional operations. Its miniature wireless receiver sits discreetly inside the user’s ear, eliminating the visible acoustic tube normally associated with a conventional surveillance earpiece.

The included inductive neckloop can be concealed beneath clothing and transmits incoming radio audio wirelessly to the miniature in-ear receiver. It can replace the standard earpiece on many compatible Motorola two-wire and three-wire surveillance kits, allowing the existing microphone and push-to-talk controls to remain in use.

The wireless receiver features automatic gain control, automatic squelch, and noise filtering to help deliver intelligible audio during covert operations. Battery life is approximately 100 hours under typical operating conditions, and an end-of-life warning alerts the user when the receiver battery needs to be replaced.

The kit includes the miniature wireless receiver, inductive neckloop, six spare batteries, and five spare earguards. It can also be incorporated into a compatible Motorola wireless PTT pod system using the appropriate NNTN8385A neckloop Y-adapter, sold separately.
