Replacement Coiled Cable Kit for RM730, RM760 and RM780 Speaker Microphones

The Motorola PMKN4232A is a genuine replacement coiled-cable assembly for select Motorola RM Series remote speaker microphones. It restores the connection between a compatible speaker microphone and radio when the original cable becomes cut, frayed, stretched or otherwise damaged.

The cable features a GCAI-mini radio connector and a durable coiled section that provides flexibility while helping keep excess cable close to the wearer. Motorola specifies a 12-inch coiled section engineered for a minimum of 100,000 flex cycles and a pull strength of up to 40 pounds.

PMKN4232A is designed for the Motorola RM730, RM760 and RM780 remote speaker microphones used with compatible MOTOTRBO R7, MOTOTRBO Ion, APX N Series and MXP600 radio configurations. It is a replacement component only and does not include the speaker microphone or radio.

Professional installation is recommended to ensure the cable, internal connector and environmental seals are correctly positioned. Improper installation or damaged seals may affect the microphone’s water resistance, IP rating and hazardous-location approval.
