The Motorola PMLN8122A is a genuine replacement dust-cover kit for compatible Motorola remote speaker microphones. Each package contains 10 individual covers, making it convenient for servicing multiple microphones or maintaining spare replacements for a radio fleet.

Each cover protects the remote speaker microphone’s accessory opening from dust, dirt, moisture and workplace debris when an external earpiece is not connected. Replacing a missing, worn or damaged cover helps preserve the microphone’s original environmental protection.

The covers are designed to fit select Motorola RM Series IMPRES remote speaker microphones, including the RM730, RM760 and RM780. Installation is quick and does not require specialized tools, allowing damaged or missing covers to be replaced in the field.

PMLN8122A is a replacement component only and does not include a remote speaker microphone or earpiece. A properly installed cover supports the RSM’s designed protection, but it cannot restore the original IP rating if the microphone housing, seal or audio jack is damaged.
