The Motorola PMLN8266A 3M PELTOR CH-3 Series Neckband Headset combines two-way radio communication with passive hearing protection for professionals working in high-noise industrial environments. Its behind-the-neck wearing style eliminates the traditional over-the-head band, making it easier to use with compatible hard hats, safety helmets, face shields, and other protective equipment.

The dual-muff headset provides a Noise Reduction Rating of 24 dB to help reduce exposure to damaging workplace noise from machinery, construction equipment, industrial processes, and other loud operations. Speech-optimized speakers deliver incoming radio audio to both ears, helping users hear important messages in challenging environments.

A flexible noise-canceling boom microphone suppresses surrounding noise for clearer outgoing voice transmissions. The microphone carries an IP68 classification for dependable operation in dusty, wet, and demanding working conditions.

The integrated Nexus connector provides a secure, quick-disconnect connection to the required Motorola PMLN8297A GCAI-Mini Push-to-Talk Adapter. The adapter supplies the large body-worn PTT button and connects the headset to a compatible Motorola portable radio.

The PMLN8266A includes the neckband-style communication headset only. A compatible radio, PMLN8297A adapter, hard hat, and other protective equipment are sold separately.
