IMPRES audio technology allows a compatible Motorola radio to recognize the connected microphone and optimize its audio settings. This helps improve voice intelligibility, amplify quieter transmissions and provide more consistent audio performance.

Motorola Windporting technology reduces the whining and howling sounds produced when wind passes over the microphone. It also helps prevent water from obstructing the microphone opening, supporting clearer transmissions during outdoor and severe-weather operations.

The PMMN4108A is IP67 rated, providing complete dust protection and resistance to temporary water immersion. This streamlined model does not include an earpiece jack, emergency button, volume control or programmable buttons.
